   Users agree to use this site lawfully and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   All website content, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Veintidós: Veintidós and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without express authorization is prohibited.

2. Reservations
   Reservations are limited exclusively to the Dessert Tasting Menu, brunch, and tea time experiences.
   For large groups, manual confirmation is required by the establishment.
   Reservations will be confirmed via email or phone call within a reasonable timeframe after request.

3. Online Orders
   Cake orders (6 servings) must be placed at least 3 days in advance of the pickup date.
   Customized products are not available.
   All orders must be picked up exclusively at the store during opening hours.

4. Delivery and Pickup Policy
   Deliveries: Currently, we do not offer home delivery service.
   Store Pickup: Orders, including cakes (6 servings), are available for pickup only in-store during business hours.

5. Payments
   Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and cash.
   All orders placed through the website must be paid at the time of confirmation using the secure payment gateway provided by Wix.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
   Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted without penalty as long as they are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
   For cancellations made after this period, the booking fee (equivalent to €10 per person) will not be refunded.

7. Allergen Information
   All commercialized products include detailed information on potential allergens.
   Customers are responsible for informing the establishment’s staff of any specific allergies before consuming our products.

8. Data Protection
   In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Veintidós: Veintidós collects and processes only the data strictly necessary to manage orders and reservations:

2. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.

General Clause
Veintidós Veintidós does not guarantee the absence of allergen traces in any of its products due to shared ingredient handling.
The bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from product consumption, assuming customers review these terms before purchasing or participating in experiences.
Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Artisanal Pastries
All products are handmade using high-quality ingredients.
Products may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, among others.
No recipe changes are accepted for pastries.
The bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by consuming these products. Customers are advised to review the ingredient list before purchasing.

Gourmet Pastries
Gourmet cakes are made to order, ensuring freshness and customization in design and size.
Ingredients may contain allergens, including but not limited to gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs.
Customers must inform us of specific allergies when placing their order. Adjustments will be evaluated, but the total absence of allergen traces cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations or modifications of custom orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Dessert Tasting Menu
This experience offers a unique creation designed exclusively by the chef, meaning ingredients cannot be modified.
Since the products used may contain allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, egg, etc.), this service is not recommended for people with food allergies or intolerances.
By attending this experience, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with consuming products that may contain allergens.
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for no-shows.
